Experience: Proven experience in medical billing with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Oversee billing processes related to medical records,

Medical Records: Familiarity with patient medical records and have the understating of how to obtain medical records from doctor office.

Communication: Conduct outreach calls (OCC) to follow up on outstanding invoices and address any billing-related issues.

Email Communication: Efficiently handle email correspondence with medical facilities to resolve discrepancies and support the billing process.

Email Proficiency: Ability to manage professional email correspondence effectively.
