We are looking for a Sales Executive for one of its clients in the automotive sector.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of automotive vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and ensurint lead generation.

The role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting the features and benefits of the products, and meeting sales targets in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Able to present the products, including its specifications and pricing effectively to prospective buyers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Implementing solid sales strategies to sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Proven track record in generating and closing sales leads (including cold calling) and achieving targetsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to non-technical customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
