We are seeking a creative and results-driven Media & Media Marketing Specialist to lead and execute media strategies that enhance our brand visibility and support business growth across all sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital and traditional media campaigns that reflect the dynamic and diverse nature of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated media and marketing strategies for brand and campaign visibility
• Plan, manage, and execute content across all digital platforms (social media, websites, email, etc.)
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and promotional materials in collaboration with creative teams
• Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to refine media strategies
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for campaign execution
• Manage media budgets and advertising spend efficiently
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms for innovation opportunities
• Ensure brand consistency across all media touchpoints
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or content strategy
• Proficiency in social media platforms, digital advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), and
analytics platforms
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and storytelling skills
• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation platforms is a
plus
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
