Job Description: |
We are a dynamic and growing cable manufacturing company seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat
- Process orders, returns, and refunds
- Provide product information and technical support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Production follow-up, Order dispatch, invoicing to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
- Familiarity with cable manufacturing industry a plus
