We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients to generate leads and secure listings for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident phone presence, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to secure property listings.
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and potential clients.
• Clearly present and promote our real estate services to potential clients.
• Track all leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to close deals.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and offerings to provide clients with the best possible advice.
• Attend meetings and training to improve sales skills and market knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outbound sales or cold calling.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales software.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: PKR 25000 - 35000/- + Bonuses
• Commission: High commission on successful listings and closings, offering significant earning potential.

Approx Yearly Take Home 2,400,000 - 3,600,000 PKR Depending on how hard you work
