| Job Description: |
We are hiring an International Client Communication Specialist (male or female) for our office in Lahore. Root Communication is a UK-based company, and the role primarily involves handling client communication with international clients. This includes managing client queries through telephone and email. The role also involves performing various additional tasks as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client queries and communication with international clients via telephone and email.
- Provide clear and professional responses to client questions.
- Perform various additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients through effective communication.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communication, Business, or a related field).
- A-Levels (Preferred)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage client communication and handle additional tasks as assigned.
- Previous client service experience is preferred but not required.
Location:
- Lahore, Pakistan (onsite)
- Working Hours:
- 12 PM to 9 PM (Pakistan Time).
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. |
