We are seeking two energetic and professional Outbound Call Center Executives to join our team. This role involves managing outbound calls, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
• Follow up on leads and referrals to generate sales opportunities.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a call center, specifically in outbound calling.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and influence customers, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with call center software, CRM systems, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, motivated to achieve targets, and a team player.
• Other: Candidates must be willing to work onsite from 10 AM to 7 PM.
