- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all utility systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment lifespan and reduce breakdowns.
- Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
- Manage a team of utility to achieve operational excellence.
- Assign tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve utility-related challenges.
- Collect and analyze utility performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the planning and execution of utility-related capital projects.
- Provide technical expertise and support for project implementation.
