| Job Description: |
- Check & maintain recipes of production (Kulfi – Ice Cream).
- Check & maintain Hygiene matters of product.
- Participate in new product developments.
- Work on product development & nutrition calculations related aspects.
- Train production staff on management guidelines on proper production practices.
- Keep a check on Finished Goods inventories as per production recipes.
- Act as a production Incharge of Plant.
- Plan & line up productions according to the sales forecast.
- Maintain product temperatures & other aspects of production line.
- Responsible for operational activities of production, storage & maintain records of inventories.
- Report to BDM on operational activities of production plant.
