Job Description:

We are seek for a experienced & strong “Client Service Manager” for Digital Advertising agency , Candidate (Male & Female) is responsible to support the team and to improve the growth in the market . The main role for Client Services Manager is to create and maintain relationship between the agency and it’s clients. The Client Services Manager’s will generally ensure the alignment of promotional strategies with overall business goals for each client through liaison, direct contact and marshalling of agency resources.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.      Maintains senior level client contacts on daily basis.

Skills

 

1.      Must have completed a Master Business Degree with an emphasis on Marketing / Advertising, or have completed a comparable training.

2.      At least ¾  years professional experience in client servicing / key account management / marketing / in an agency, ideally in a reputed agency.

3.      Experience in writing briefs & creating marketing/strategy plans and budgets.

4.      Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer service

5.      Ability to provide tracking and reporting across clients and their individual projects

6.      Must be an expert in Business Communication skills with excellent authority on presentation applications (PowerPoint, etc.)

2.      Works proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.

3.      Writes Business proposals to help close new business, attending client presentations and documenting client scope, thus making sure that the sales process has progressed effectively.

4.      Cooperates with customer inquiries and internally controls the market to provide competent solution.

5.      Coordinates and authorizes quotations for client approval & assists in preparation of client invoices.

6.      Ensures prompt collection of account receivables and ensures that they don’t exceed the given limits.

7.       Client Contact Reports; reviews important developments with relevant account executives and director of client services.

8.      Prepares month-end overviews of client’s current activities, and monthly revenue forecasts, plus plans for future development of accounts.
