Personal Assistant / Secretary
We are looking for a Personal Assistant for our Director for undertaking a variety of administrative tasks. Please go through the Job Description below and apply at the email mentioned below.
Responsibilities:
· acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
· managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
· booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
· organizing events and conferences
· reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
· typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
· managing databases and filing systems
· implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
· liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
· miscellaneous tasks for the Director, which will vary according to day to day requirements which may also include home & personal life tasks.
Qualifications
No formal academic qualification is required but a degree in a communications, technology or business subject may be advantageous.
