Job Description:

Varioline Intercool Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Internees for the following departments mentioned below

· HR

· Accounts

· Finance

· Supply chain

Responsibilities:

Interns should

· Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and rules governing professional behavior.

· Be punctual, and work the required number of hours at times agreed to by the intern and their supervisor.

· Provide data entry support as per the requirement of the company.

· Maintains records of delivered items and remaining inventory.

· Assist in Updating of manual.

· Special projects to assist in the management of goods & services

· Performs other duties as required

· Document key policies and procedures and ensure adherence

· Behave and dress appropriately to the particular workplace.

· Respect the confidentiality of the workplace, its clients and its employees.

· Most interns come into the workplace with little to no prior experience. Therefore, any filing, copying, phone answering, database sorting, cold calling, pitching, sitting in on meetings, faxing, typing up reports are all acceptable tasks for intern.

Discuss any problems with their supervisor and, if necessary, with the Internship coordinator at the department.

Requirement:

Bachelor/Masters. Preference will be given to the fresh candidates

· Minimum CGPA 3.0

· Must have Strong grip on Microsoft Office

· Internship duration:

o Offering 3 months Internship to Bs / Ms / MBA level candidates

o 48 hours per week

· Analytical, creative, works well in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere

· Self-motivated, independent thinker and doer

· Strong desire to learn and grow

· Excellent written and communication skills with strong grip in English.

Candidates applying for this program should have good knowledge and grip on Micosoft Excel and word and preference will be given to the fresh candidates having CGPA 3.0
