Responsibilities

− Test and deliver a variety of quality projects from websites, microsites, CMS solutions, Enerprise level solutions, Facebook apps and flash banners on time and budget.

− Keep existing and new clients happy.

− Co-ordinate with PM and the team on work on project’s quality.

− Work with software engineering teams to understand the architecture of new and existing applications.

− Plan test approaches and develop automated and manual scripts using standard testing toolsets and frameworks.

− Ensure best practices in script maintainability and version control are applied.

− Effectively multi-task and manage priorities to address testing requirements in a dynamic project setting.

− Successful at working in an environment with applications that have high-data volume, strict performance requirements and 24X7 uptime.

− Take full ownership over projects and ensure that projects delivered are up to the specifications and bugs free.

Requirements

− 5+ years of client and project management experience in delivering web projects.

− Excellent track record of successfully testing projects from start to completion.

− Solid understanding of development & project management standards & processes.

− Good communication, interpersonal skills.

− Writing skills: this job is big on writing - you must love it and do it with style.

− You’re constantly looking for ways to improve the process.

− Passionate about delivering a quality product and you have the guts to challenge others to make sure the quality isn't compromised.

− Master of Functional, Smoke, Regression, and Integration Testing.

− Great hands on over Cross Browser & Cross Devices Testing.

− Comprehensive test cases documentation skills
