Job Description:

A renowned IT company is searching for full-time Call Center Manager to work in our call center.

Responsibilities include answering calls/emails from existing and prospect clients regarding our products, searching for new clients and entering their data into our database, making outbound calls to get new clients.

Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to retain them.

The ideal candidate should have strong personal, communication, and organizational skills along with the willingness to adjust to a fast-paced work environment in a growth-oriented company.
