Job Description:

We require Customer Support Executive (Call Centre) for our company.

  • You will be responsible to provide  customer support services through inbound calls
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Provide quality Customer Service through live chat.
  • Takes orders by obtaining and verifying information.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • prepare and send proposals to clients based on their requirements.

Suitable Profile for This Position:

  • Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat.
  • Must be available to work in evening & night shifts.
