He will be responsible for effective use of existing resources to produce the goods on time efficiently.

Job Description

1.Handling of purchase planning / production scheduling & costing , estimation / dispatch planning.

2.Ensuring optimum utilization of machine and manpower requirement study, capacity planning, production chart etc. 

3.Follow up & co-coordinating procurement of materials & ensuring planned production.

4.Responsible for Material Planning.

5.Co-Ordinate with vendors/ suppliers to ensure timely delivery to customer as per dispatch plan.

6.Ensuring optimum utilization of machine and manpower requirement study, capacity planning, Time study, Motion study, production chart etc.

7.Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.

8.Liaise among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, managers. 

9.Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

10.Monitor regular stock-takes of raw materials and in-process materials. 

11.Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing of goods in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.12.Control the operations of a production unit to achieve planned production levels at optimum costs. 

13.Estimate costs and set the quality standards.
