Job Description:

To ensure implementation of all procedures and documentation as per specified in ISO 9001-2008 System.

To ensure smooth functioning of Production planning, resource planning and execution of those plans.

Ability to assign task to mid management and proper follow up for time execution and completion of task.

To Plan out Training for Production Team.

Result oriented approach to ensure production targets are met.

Coordinate with Maintenance teams to ensure timely and proper maintenance of the plant is done.

Coordinate with HR to ensure vacancies are promptly filled out and to ensure succession planning is in place.

Lead the production team by example by putting in long hours and doing extra duty thereby motivating his team to do the same.

To analyse data to identify areas of improvement to avoid recurring problems.
