Job Description:

 

Job Duties:

• The engineer will be working on Mentor Embedded Linux and Linux based services projects.

• The main responsibilities include working on Linux kernel mainly on device drivers, integrating Linux BSPs,  creating recipes for building open source packages to bring in file system for a BSP.He/she will be involved in pre-sales activity and during projects he/she will be involved in direct  communication with customer. Our Linux solutions are yocto based which is open source project.He/she will be contributing yocto project as  well.

• He/she will be providing assistance to junior engineers.

Job Qualifications:

 

• BSc/MSc Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

• He must have more than 6 years of industry experience.

• He must have Linux kernel knowledge with device driver development experience for 3 years.

• He should have good shell and python scripting.

• Keen to work in open source community.

• Good communication skills.

• He must have good knowledge Operating system and computer architecture.

• Building open source package will also add value.

• He must have quick learning skills.
