Job Description: |
We are looking for customer support representative who can be a part of our team and act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Following instructions of Customer Support Manager
-
- Be a support to the team to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals
- Make use of skills and abilities in the identification of lapses and loop holes in the organization’s customer service department
Achieve productivity and goals while maintaining the high standards of customer service
Manage and handle queries
Dealing with Vendors
Handling different queries and complains about orders, returns, inquiries, shipments
Instantly troubleshoot any sort of issues that may occur
- Other tasks related to customer support
The applicant must have the following:
- Excellent Communication and written skills (preferably American accent)
- Computer Educate (MS Office)
- Bachelor or higher degree
- Experienced in related field
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of customer relations
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team
- Have good sense of judgment
Candidates with IELTS or TOEFL would be preferred |
