We are looking for customer support representative who can be a part of our team and act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

• Following instructions of Customer Support Manager
•  
• Be a  support to the team to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals

• Make use of skills and abilities in the identification of lapses and loop holes in the organization’s customer service department

• Achieve productivity and goals while maintaining the high standards of customer service

• Manage and handle queries 

• Dealing with Vendors 

• Handling different queries and complains about orders, returns, inquiries, shipments

• Instantly troubleshoot any sort of issues that may occur

• Other tasks related to customer support 

The applicant must have the following:

• Excellent Communication and written skills (preferably American accent)
• Computer Educate (MS Office)
• Bachelor or higher degree
• Experienced in related field
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of customer relations
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a team
• Have good sense of judgment

Candidates with IELTS or TOEFL would be preferred
