Microsoft Dynamics AX Project Manager   The Project Manager will provide oversight for all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation. This includes; project management, business analysis, meeting facilitation,  training, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Identifies opportunities to improve business processes and to use technology to improve revenue, reduce costs, improve productivity, and increase customer service.     What You Will Be Doing:

1. Lead the customer delivery team providing end-to-end project management and managing customer expectations from pre-sales through delivery for Dynamics AX for customer engagements
2. Support the pre-sales and sales process
3. Lead client relationship management as the customer's primary point of contact and escalation point
4. Provides leadership and direction by working with the client and other executives and Solution Architects developing a long term solution vision and roadmap to digitize our Clients
5. Coordinate all assigned client and internal resources and business units for the account to deliver results, manage project quality and ensure customer satisfaction
6. Resolve conflicts and issues with the goal of improving and maintaining positive relationships.
7. Plan activities, scope, goals and deliverables that support our client's business goals and solution delivery
8. Leverage our agile implementation methodology, create and manage project plans and artifacts
9. Coordinate project resources to execute activities with Programs' Office (PMO) and fellow project managers.
10. Track progress against deliverables, adjust plans as required and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and customers
11. Proactively manage project budget, dependencies, risk and critical path
12. Lead, motivate and develop the project team staff
13. Provide ongoing input to the delivery practice through suggestions and implementations of practice improvements

  Qualifications:  

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Relationship management/Account Management Experience
3. Demonstrated experience building relationships and presenting to C-level executives
4. Excellent communication, presentation, training, client relationship and analytical skills
5. Customer oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
6. Demonstrated ability to be highly effected in a virtual team organization
7. Expert on delivering ERP, CRM, and SCM solutions on within the Microsoft platform including Dynamics AX. Credible across all Microsoft products
8. Broad knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or AX 7 as well as working knowledge of Dynamics CRM
9. Multiple examples of major enterprise services project delivery successes
10. Demonstrated expertise in project estimation and phase breakdown of work programs
11. Experience “turning around” projects that initially had significant delivery or technical issues
12. Familiar with agile implementation methodology
13. Ability to work in a constantly changing and nebulous environment with limited direction
14. Good time management, well organized, consistently meets commitments and creates high level deliverables
15. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving problems or issues before they occur or become critical
