| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering with specialization in Electrical/Telecommunication
- Have 10 - 13 years of relevant working experience.
Job Description:
- Responsible for below 2G & 3G integrated Planning & Optimization responsibilities
- Plan & Optimize activities towards achieving the regional business objectives
- Network Rollout /Expansion Planning Portfolio ( Site identification , planning WO preparation and post Launch optimization)
- Ensure Network physical audit and DB updates on all parameters
- Manage Network fine tuning activities within the feature/parameter bounds to achieve the KPI targets and issue all WOs’
- Handle Customer complaints including onsite visits
- Manage all Drive test activities (Periodic & Issue based)
- Ensure Teams competency Gap analysis and training development program
- Serve the Regional Business Head (RBH) in close liaison with other regional teams (Technical, Sales, CC, GR etc.)
Essential Skills:
- Strong Leadership & Management skills
- Go-getter attitude with strong team play
- Sound knowledge of RF planning/optimization methods and procedures
- Experience with RF planning/optimization tools
- Sound knowledge of drive test tools such as TEMS and NEMO
- Strong 3G experience required with preference for 4G skills
Desirable Skills:
- Good Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Hands on experience of RF planning & Optimization tools
- Familiar with RF Planning & Optimization processes
