The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Electronic/Telecom Engineering
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Job description:

• Prepare HLDs, LLDs, CE configurations for customers according to the projects requirements and scope
• Coordination with enterprise customer about complete project plan soon after receiving the go-ahead from the approving authority.
• Prepare detailed Project management plans
• Responsible for product designing and product testing
• Customize VPN configurations based on IPsec, GRE, L2TP, L3 VPN, pseudo wires, Q-in-Q and other Remote access VPN technologies
• Manage customize Internet Solution Configurations not limited to multihoming etc.
• Test and implement various routing switching, Security, VOIP customized solutions
• Implement customized solutions based on telecom/GSM infrastructure and network.
• Coordinate with FO, NOC, DE, Inventory, Procurement, third party, interconnects and sales to deliver the circuits according to the project plan until its completion with immediate escalation to the respective stakeholders in case of any issue.
• Perform the configuration task as per customers requirement:
• a. Solutions containing various technologies (auto-failover, link redundancy, bandwidth aggregation, L2/L3 VPN, firewalls etc.)
• b. Solutions containing various protocols (OSPF, BGP,EBGP,MPLS, IPsec, GRE, SIP)
• Perform post implementation tasks (e.g. MRTG Creation, Acquiring acceptance, activation email to other departments and customer) after delivering a single circuit and delivering the project after completion.
• Troubleshoot enterprise customer trouble tickets over the phone or by visiting the customer and non-support tickets for terminations, package change, line shifting etc.
• Technical meetings / Presentations with corporate Clients.
• Report of assigned projects to Line Manager on routine basis.
• Make customers satisfied with the solutions deployed and get their connectivity issues resolved efficiently
• Perform special projects according to the supervisor plan and furnish within the timelines.
• Coordinate with other Project Managers for complex existing customers change requirements.

Essential Skills:

• Self-motivated and a strong team player
• Proficiency in MS-office suite
• Strong knowledge hands on of various transport technologies and last mile media like Metro Fiber, PMP, P2P wireless, Microwave, xDSL, GRPS/EDGE.

Desirable Skills:

• Willing to frequently travel to all parts of Sindh
• Fluent in English, Urdu and Sindhi
