Job Description:

Linux and Microsoft DNS, DHCP servers

Knowledge of CCNA, CCNP and command on BGP, EIGRP, OSPF

IP QoS, traffic-shaping, load balancing, WAN Optimization, etc

Multicast, policy-based routing, MC ether-channel

All Linux based servers especially Asterisk Server

Full knowledge of Physical Sever Machines troubleshooting and maintenance

Call reports, diagnose and solving issues like call dropping and breaking in call

Configuration Inbound and outbound dialing

Monitor SIP configuration and troubleshooting

CISCO IP Phones configurations

Must be able to create typical and non-typical reports regarding network and server system performance, utilization and compliance

Must be able to maintain disaster recovery and business continuity efforts including testing and compliance reporting

Strong Communication with ISP to resolve the issues and problems in order to maintain continue operations.

In depth market understanding for IT procurement and equipment Installation, and also for rendering other IT services

Complete knowledge of CISCO switches and there model

Knowledge of different companies router mikrotik etc

Good knowledge of Network designing diagrams and ability to follow the same.

Provide more effective and efficient processes and operations in Networking according to the circumstances and situational requirements.

Well versed in Managing and taking care of Desktop Support to all work stations based on multiple projects

Required Skills:

•Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, contract negotiation, listening, written and verbal communication, and project management skills.
•Well versed in troubleshooting and identifying RCA (Root Cause Analysis) tactically
•Must be able to manage data, functions, finding resolutions as per trouble shooting, web searching and understanding of business processes administration etc.
•Must be able to effectively prioritize and organize tasks, time-management skills and multi-tasking adaptability.
•Must be confident in making independent decisions in order to find resolutions of problems in effective manner, staff management and training junior resources and Internees etc
•Able to communicate issues with management and maintain extreme confidentiality.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, information technology or computer science required. Minimum of 4+ years, or more, previous IT experience including five years of VOIP and Linux based servers DNS, DHCP, SAMBA, WEB SERVER APACHE, FTP and FILE SHARING etc Demonstrated ability to apply technology tools and solutions in solving business problems.
