Job Description: |
The Ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Masters Degree, MBA will be preferred
- Have at least 4 5 years of relevant work experience
Job Description:
- Responsible for coordinating with clients for strategic alliances , support Mobicash third party partners to bring onboard clients
- Define and improve the customer experience for the subscriber / Corporate client
- Develop maintain relationships with key corporate customers
- Coordinate with technical teams for client integrations and product development
- Coordinate with bank teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution of products
- Collaborate with the cross functional teams to develop and execute on new business areas
- Managing Disbursements, Incoming Payments, Loan Repayments etc
- Value chain driving across all stakeholders
- Client Proposal Pricing formulation and client negotiations
- Drive product uptake and penetration by formulating sales strategies and collaborating on individual sales pitches
- Work with sales team to develop the channel strategy and implement innovative ways to deliver the products.
- Initiate Product Improvements technical enhancements for better delivery and enhanced efficiency
- Responsible for reporting on corporate solutions for visibility across all stakeholders
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Banking/Micro Finance knowledge
Computer Proficiency:
- Proficiency in MS Office/ MS Project.
