Job Description: |
The Ideal candidate should:
- Hold a minimum Bachelors (preferably Engineering/Computer Science/BBA) degree whereas MBA will be given preference
- Have 2-3 years of related experience
Job Description:
- Develop and release periodic Mobile Account Performance dashboards to monitor and analyze the segment performance
- Monitor and track competition activities w.r.t product launches, pricing moves and ATL and BTL activities
- Ensure product hygiene and perform User Acceptance testing of Mobile Accounts new features and related products and work closely with Product Development Team to resolve any issues
- Coordinate with Product Development, Customer Care and Bank teams to conduct campaigns, product launches, prizes distributions, commissions disbursement, customer complaints resolution and other issues
- Manage day to day operations
