We are looking for an Entry-level Client Service Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing client accounts, and supporting the sales team.

The selected candidates will need to have a reliable internet connection, a computer, and excellent English language skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses. 
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. 
• Manage client accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. 
• Work closely with the sales team to identify potential opportunities and expand the company's customer base. 
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and complaints. 
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 
• Provide support in the form of reports and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements: 

• A reliable internet connection and a computer 
• Excellent English language skills, both oral and written. 
• Strong account management skills. 
• Good communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. 
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
