Job Description: |
- Responsible to handle all customer inquiries swiftly, surely and sincerely as a dedicated Inquiry Handler to satisfy the customers.
- Responsible to record all contents of Inquiries including Customer Information, Vehicle Information, VOC & action taken.
- Responsible to monitor progress against Inquiry Handling KPI’s as per CR Hoshin.
- Resolve customer queries swiftly, surely and timely to earn the trust of society as a company.
- Responsible to assign complaints to respective departments timely and keep follow up with them for their timely resolution.
- Complaint Handler must have strong collaboration with the related departments & IMC to report all serious complaints swiftly.
