Field

After-sales service technicians/Engineers will be trained in providing after-sales service support to customers, installation, maintenance and repair of the sold products, taking corrective actions to ensure customers’ satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues and write customer summary reports.

In addition, they will gain Essential Knowledge of:

·         customer relationship management
