Job Description:

We looking for a passionate Human Resource Executive to join our team! We are looking for candidates who are actually seeking for an opportunity to grow with us. The candidate must have at least one year of experience and has the ability to manage the complete HR operations.

Requirements

  • Manage the entire recruitment process i.e. posting jobs, short-listing, making calls, scheduling interviews
  • Develop a professional onboarding process
  • Maintain employees attendance and manage the biometric system
  • Maintenance of leave records, timesheets and applications of staff members
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
  • Maintenance of HR Records and employee’s files according to best practices
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage administrative / support staff to achieve maximum output.
