Understanding the software and business need of Customers.
- Understand customers queries and problems and able to satisfy them by solving the same.
- Provide end-user training of various operations of Tally .
- ERP 9 and Marg ERP software both one-to-one and in a group setting.
- Providing online and telephonic support to Tally and Marg users.
- Should be ready to visit customers place.
- Give Demo of various modules and features of Tally and Marg software to potential customers
