| Job Description: |
- Qualification should be BSCS, BSIT, MIT, MCS and must be certified CCNA & CCNP
- 4 to 6 years’ experience of ISP-NOC operations
- Capable to proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issues with layer two / layer three
- Analyze operational data to produce reports and insights on network performance
- Ability to install and configure new hardware or components, while ensuring with existing network system
- Ability to design, and planning for maintenance, improvements, capacity and upgrades for the relevant systems.
- Monitoring of the Superior Connections network, including monitoring configuration and alerting, designing new monitoring capabilities, and maintaining current solutions
- Capable to Assist on long term projects and operational issues as needed
- Point of escalation for critical customer issues
- Proven experience with various monitoring tools/systems as user and as maintainer
- Should be a team player and, work with and mentor team members through professional behavior and knowledge sharing communicating with customers on helpline
- Must have excellent communication skills and could be capable to demonstrate problem solving skills.
