| Job Description: |
- English is a MUST
- Minimum education required is Graduation or equivalent.
- Candidates must possess prior experience of 1-2 years as Telesales Executive or other Sales/Customer Service role.
- Exceptional communication skills required to convince prospective customers and convert given leads to successful sales
- Identify and assess customers’ needs by asking relevant questions.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Must be determined to achieve stretched targets in a result-oriented environment.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Ideally based locally to be able to sort their own transportation to and from work.
- Selected Candidates must be willing to start immediately.
