Electronics Engineer Part Time (3 Months)

This position being offered is part-time but may lead to a full time employment opportunity depending on the candidate’s level of performance and the ability to cope with the projects given.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for engineering electronic systems related to unmanned aircraft systems, subsystems and auxiliary systems.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Engineering new ways to enhance the performance and efficiency of our existing systems, Multirotor and Fixed Wing UAS;

• Embedded Systems Development, Integrating Electronics and Payload Development;

• Hands-on work relating the assembly, repair and modification of UAV systems with field testing;

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering

• 1-3 years of proven experience in multicopter and fixed wing development with/ without autopilot systems

• Fresh graduates with relevant project based experience may apply

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of different design techniques, electronics theory, microcontrollers and electronics elements

• A good understanding of all of the aspects that go into developing UAV systems from the design to manufacture and testing

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

• Passion for lifelong learning

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Sharp minded and a keen eye for details

• Portfolio of projects completed
