| Job Description: |
Responsiblities:
- Translating material from English to French and vice versa.
- Helps to communicate between company and French speaking stakeholders/ vendors.
- Act as the focal point of contact for French speaking clients.
- Managing and Liasing with Sales representatives of company working in French market.
- Ad Hoc project work as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and reolve any customer issues in a timely manner.
Skills / Competencies Required:
- Fluency in French (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- 2 year’s administrative experience, ideally within a busy office environment.
- Experience in Accounting or Sales will be considered a plus.
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel is essential.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
- Able to sustain and excel in pressure building environment.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
