| Job Description: |
- UK Based Travel & Tour operator is looking for Travel Consultant for their Call Centre based in PWD Islamabad, Pakistan.
- Candidate must have 4 to 5 years experience as a Travel Consultant and have an excellent command of the English language.
- The candidate also needs to have an excellent command of GDS. SABRE, GALILEO & WORLDSPAN.
- Candidate must have knowledge of the Internet and Internet applications. e.g MS Office, Outlook.
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
- Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Consult clients in all their queries.
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
