WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Ideal candidates will have experience in game design, knowledge of computer systems and languages, excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• He/She creates gameplay that includes but is not limited to 
• World design 
• Documentation/GDDs 
• High concept 
• Characters 
• Story/Dialogue/Storyboard 
• Animation concepts 
• Mechanics and rules 
• Interface concepts
• Creating innovative games for entertainment or education purposes. 
• Conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, settings and stories for new games. 
• Pitching new game ideas to executives and managing multiple teams and projects. 
• Prototyping new games by following industry trends and good practices. 
• Developing design and gaming protocols & quality control

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field 
• At least 4 years of experience with 2+ years as a game designer  
• Enthusiasm and knowledge of the game industry.  
• Assist with quality assurance 
• Provide production/management support 
• Work with marking to analyze UX 
• Design for a range of devices and platforms and their specs 
• Conduct market research your target audience and their desires 
• Collaborative with teams (game developers, artists and programmers) to produce a prototype if needed
• Portfolio of sample projects is a MUST
